CNC Brake Press Forming
Our 5230 Trumpf Press Brake is a 144″ bed that can form one-inch thick mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This allows for one full piece to be built rather than welded sheets, which can allow for more squareness from one end to the other, fewer weld rejects, less possible leakage, and a reduced cost because of efficiencies in labor time.
Rolling
Using advanced roll-forming machines with capabilities up to ¼” thickness, we shape metal stock with precision, reducing thickness while maintaining structural integrity. This process allows us to create high-quality components with exacting specifications. Whether forming structural components or intricate curved designs, our expertise ensures accuracy and repeatability.
