Laser Cutting
Our 8000-watt, million-dollar Trumpf TruLaser 3040 uses CO2 lasers and combines high performance with cut quality that is second to none. This beast of a machine cuts 1.12″ stainless steel, 1″ hot rolled steel and aluminum, .38″ brass and copper, with a +/-.005 tolerance.
Plasma Cutting
Ideal for making precision cuts through various metals, our plasma cutting services are supported by three CNC Plasma Tube & Pipe Cutters designed for diverse industrial applications.
CNC Sawing & Cutting
We have several types of saws with various throat depths and widths to handle single-bar or multiple-bar cuts, each with the ability to cut at different angles and precision requirements.
CNC Tube and Pipe Plasma
Using advanced plasma technology, we expertly cut and manipulate metal tubes to meet precise specifications.
- Tube profile: 0.75”-6” round, 1”- 4” square, 1”- 4” rectangle, 1”- 4” angle, and 1”- 4” channel.
- Tube material type: Steel, aluminum, stainless steel, DOM, HREW, black pipe, galvanized steel, and any type of electrically conductive material.
- Tube length: Full stick length capable of up to 24 feet.
